4. User behavior standards

When using the Service, you may not use the Service to engage in, or provide any facilitation for, the following activities。Including but not limited to:
(1) Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store contents that violate national laws, endanger national security and unity, social stability, public order and good customs, social morality, and insult, slander, obscenity, and violence;
(2) Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes others' legitimate rights of reputation, portrait, intellectual property, trade secrets, etc.;
(3) fabricating facts, concealing the truth to mislead and deceive others;
(4) Publishing, transmitting and disseminating advertising information and junk information;
(5) engaging in other acts that violate laws and regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality, etc。
4.2 [User Prohibited Behavior]
The Service is for your personal use only, and you may not:
(1) Collect the user name, email and other related information of other users in the Service by any means, and interfere with or harass other users by sending spam, chain mail, spam SMS, instant message, etc.;
(2) Post information including advertising, promotion, promotion and other content through the Service;

4.3. Take Responsibility for your Actions
You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your registered account, including any content you post and any consequences arising therefrom。
4.4 [Handling of Breach of Contract]
If we find or receive a report from others that you have violated this Agreement, we have the right to make an independent judgment and, depending on the nature of your behavior, take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating your right to use the number you use, suspending or terminating the Service, and pursuing your legal liability。
4.5 [Treatment of damage]
If any of your actions cause any damage to the Education Cloud or other parties, you shall be solely responsible for and compensate the Education Cloud or other parties for the corresponding losses。

5.1. [Entry into Force and Modification of the Agreement]
By using the Service, you are deemed to have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement。Education Cloud reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement if necessary。You can check the latest terms of the agreement on the relevant page。If you continue to use the Service after the terms of this Agreement are changed, you shall be deemed to have accepted the amended Agreement。If you do not accept the revised Agreement, you should stop using the Service。
5.2 [Place of Agreement Signing]
This Agreement is signed in Hongshan District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, People's Republic of China。
5.3 [Applicable Law]
The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict law).。
5.4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or dispute between you, EduCloud or a third party, the parties shall first settle it amicably through negotiation;If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, all three parties agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction at the place where this Agreement is signed。
5.5 [Clause Title]
The headings of all the terms of this Agreement are for convenience only and have no actual meaning and cannot be used as the basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement。
5.6 [Validity of Terms]
If any part of the provisions of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon both parties。
